Hiber, an Amsterdam satellite-IoT company, sells connected sensors that report on oil and gas well pads in places with no network coverage. The buyer is an operations lead at an energy company, not a space enthusiast.
The product is easy to under-explain. “Satellite IoT” means nothing to a well-site manager, and the full pitch involves a wellhead, a sensor, a satellite and a dashboard. Hiber needed campaign material that a busy prospect could understand in the time it takes to scroll past it, and that looked serious enough for a confidential commercial pitch.
Put the whole chain in one picture.
A wellhead on the ground, a satellite overhead, the Earth between them and one glowing line connecting all three. If you understand the image, you understand the product.
Execution
- 01
One image, one sentence
Because the visual carries the explanation, the copy can stay at a single line. The wellhead sits on the surface, the orbit line arcs up to the satellite, and a single node marks where the data lands. Everything else is dark.

- 02
A kit, not a one-off
The globe, the orbit line and the node became reusable parts. They appear in confidential pitch material, sales decks and outreach in the same positions, so a prospect who has seen one Hiber document recognises the next.
- 03
Colour taken from the product
Hiber’s teal on near-black is the only palette in the system. The confidential label, the orbit and the node all use it, which keeps the campaign unmistakably Hiber without adding a second brand language.
The product explained before the first sentence.
Hiber’s commercial team has a campaign visual that carries the explanation on its own, so decks and outreach can get to the business case faster.
